We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right here’s how it works:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery

• To start a return log into your account at any time — day or night — and initiate it directly from your order history. No need to contact us first

• All refunds are issued as store credit only

• Store credit never expires and can be used on anything in the boutique

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:

• Intimates

• Swimwear

• Sale items

• Accessories

• Final clearance items
