• We ship within the United States and select countries

• Free standard shipping on all domestic orders $89.99 and over

• Shipping costs on domestic orders under $89.99 are calculated at checkout

• Domestic orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days

• Once your order ships you’ll receive a tracking number via email

• Canada & Mexico: $22.00 flat rate

• Rest of World: $38.00 flat rate

Estimated Delivery Times:

• Canada & Mexico: 7–14 business days

• Rest of World: 14–21 business days

Important:

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country upon delivery. These charges are not included in your order total or shipping cost and are collected by your local customs authority — not Lourente.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. Once your order leaves our facility tracking updates may be limited depending on your country’s postal system.
